There is no feature like this in osTicket.You could write a script that does it though, and trigger it with cron/tasksched.

I'm not sure what you want me to do... but it sure sounds like you want me to write you custom software, teach you how to install it/integrate it into osTicket, and how to schedule it in your Operating System. I assure you that its highly unlikely that you will find anyone to do that. So I reiterate:There is no feature like this in osTicket.You could write a script that does it though, and trigger it with cron/tasksched.
