How to customize osTicket for internal IT use? (Removing Contact Information required on tickets)

The company I work for had me setup osTicket for use in our internal IT operations. We don't wan't to use it for customers or anything, it's mainly going to be used for our employees to create tickets, or for the IT staff to make tickets for maintenance, etc... How would I go about removing the Contact Information requirement from the top of the New Ticket form?

Instead of removing these info, which is mandatory by the way, I suggest to use the ldap auth plugin and if you like also to have SSO, then combined with auth pass thru plugin.

We also successfully using it that way internally ;)

We use it internally for out internal IT operations. In this case out clients are our employees (who do not have staff logins to osTicket). We are now using the LDAP plugin so that they can authenticate, but for years now they would enter their email, etc. There is no way around entering identifying information of some shape or form.You could edit the forms so that the default is a specific set of data though.
