Is there a way to perform a search and display the result with just one click?Right now, I can only see a way to access some tickets "fast" by going to Tickets, and choosing either Open, Closed, Assigned to me and Replied.I'd like to see more possibilities there, customizable, say:- "Need phone answer" - which would display all tickets which are open, and assigned to "Phonecalls" team- "Pending tasks" - which would display all tickets which are open, and assigned to "Tasks" teamSee the attached file to see how I imagine this to work.
