There is a few times, an email reply from email A should be come under ticket #5, but instead the reply from email A is include under ticket #1 which is also a different email. For example;ost_ticket_thread for ticket id #5851id 20307, pid 20201, ticket id 5851 id 20312, pid 20307, ticket id 5851 (new reply from email A) which should have be shown in ticket #5852I checked from my gmail, the reply is under the email under ticket #5852, but instead is under 5851 in my database.Any advice where should i look into ?
