Hi,I'm trying to call custom id in class.config.php it doesn't works when some one opens ticket using email. It works if we type support desk url in browser and then open the page. So I was wondering how can I pass custom ids from class to class. I had been trying since last few days but not successful. Or if someone can tell me how can I get the to email from class.mailparse.php from function getidbyemail() when ever I try it returns empty since it requires email id. so I want to return the email id where actually email were sent.Regards,
