Turkish Language Install Problem

Hi,I install osticket and download the tr.phar, i uploaded this file include/i18n but my osticket is not turkish, sign in the admin panel and my preferences set the language turkish still not turkish.i go to admin panel / plugins not listed any plugins. Please help me. How do it?

hi ntozier i unpack the tr.phar file and see all files. the translate is completly. upload this file to i18n/en_US folder but didnt turkish. however, Good. i want to translate myself. how do it ?

@ArI0666There have been a number of threads on the forums by individuals who want to translate osTicket, I would recommend using the search feature.

I'm not sure how you would expect me to answer how someone is running a version of osTicket that we didn't release, and that Im not associate with. Perhaps you could open a ticket with them and ask them.
