Hello,I'm using 1.8.2 and when i create a new ticket, it doesn't send a notification to the client even if i post a reply with it.I must open a new ticket and then post a reply separately.How to fix this?
Please upgrade. I seem to recall that there was a problem with new ticket alerts in that version.
I'm already using the latest release on 1.8Should i upgrade to 1.9.x? I don't want to upgrade and face new kind of bugs.
Actually 1.8.2 is not the most recent in the 1.8 tree, 1.8.3 is. Every version has bugs, however the one that you appear to be experiencing has been resolved in newer versions. Should you upgrade? Ultimately that decision is up to you.
