user can c his ticket without double confirm

When a user (not registered) put his email and the ticket number for see the ticket the system send him and email with a link for access to his ticket. Is possible skip this step?

I want that user can c his ticket just after he enter his email/tiket# without wait the special link in the email.

What I've to mod?

Yes its possible. They need to log in with their user account. (which you have to enable in the settings)

I want avoid user registration. I want that every guest can see the ticked when email and ticket number are input correctly. Which is the file to edit for do that?

I found an algorith so now i can give to a guest user just a link /view.php?auth=longcodeblablabla i click there and he can access to his ticket whitout other clicks. ..

BUT

this variable contain strange simbol and some mobile devices do it an error when click

on it

I want change this cript/decript algoritm whit something of simple whith output only letter and number no special char.

solved with new 1.9.2 version!with this sintax/view.php?e=name@email.xxx&t=123456and this option unchecked:ADMIN->Access->"Cliend Quick Access:" DISABLED/Unckeck "Require email verification on "Check Ticket Status" page"(close this ticket)
