Hi.Is it possible to make staff self-set/clear vacation mode?Maybe it could be something to set in a group property, just like "Can create tickets", but even a global on/off setting could be useful...
They cannot right now... but it sounds like a good idea to me. Should I move this thread to the suggestions and feedback area or would you like it left here?
Whereever it's more appropriate. So maybe there's a chance that it gets implemented :)

Love this idea! +1 for me. To expand, perhaps a bulk transfer if staff is going on long leave (but happy with the self vacation mode).:)
