Variables not expanding

I have OSTicket 1.8.1.2 and %{ticket.name}, %{recipient.name} variables are not expanding when sending emails to client. Nor shown on the Thank you page.

Any ideas?

Maybe you meant to use %{ticket.name.full}? or %{ticket.name.first}?Try some of the other ones here: http://tmib.net/osticket-1802-email-template-variables
