Sorry if this question has been propsed or asked before, I trolled the fourm and didnt see it. I have an install of osTicket, its all setup and configured, with AD support. (that took a bit, but i got it. :) ). Now I have begun setting up the FAQ and Knowledgebase. Is there a way to make it so that in order to see, search, use, troll, the FAQ topics and Knowledge base, you would have to be logged in as user. I would like my AD users to be able to see and use the FAQ, but not make it public. I have it so that me and another user are ADMIN, and everyone else can just is just an end user. I would like to start putting more company specific information inside the FAQs rather than general info. I will continue looking through the system, but any heads up on this or if its a feature that can be implemented I would appreciate it.Love the osTicket...ingenious.
