Unwanted html code in responses

Hello!I have problem with responses. Every e-mail that my users gets from me starts with:<p style="display"><pre>and ending with </p></pre>what's more " is """ and its missing some charset.I'm running osTicket (v1.8.0.1) with "Enable HTML Ticket Thread:" disabled (if enabled it's ok). Can You help me? Maybe I just need to overwrite some files? Which files?

I would check your templates.Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates.Do you have non-HTML templates setup?

Thanks for answer! I have "osTicket Default Template (HTML) (System Default)" in use.I also have " Enable rich text in ticket thread and autoresponse emails " unchecked.How to setup non-HTML templates?

I have overwrite class.mailer.php from 1.8.0.2, and message looks like this. It's better but what with that weird "frame"? I can't fight it anymore :( Please help.

Upgrade to 1.9+ - we've since addressed a few issues with html to text conversion.

peter, after clean installation yes, problem is solved but there is another problem with:"Ref-Mid: $CgAAAA==$1f2e299d59@c87b071a62" in bottom of every e-mail, which I describe here: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//what-is-ref-mid I'ts also happen in 1.9.1
