Hello, does anyone have experiencing in setting up multiple file attachments in the ticket creation. If so what was your sollution? osTicket v1.9.x installed.
Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Attachmentstick enable attachmentstick Online/Web AttachmentsSet Max User File uploads drop down to the number you want to allow.Set maximum file size.edit the list of accepted file types.Click Save Changes.
Note you also have to make sure that your installation of PHP supports this. I would recommend that you google and read about this subject.
I configure max.5 attachments upload, but when i try add more then one it just change attachments, not add second - did anyone have same issue?
