Hi,I have an issue with setting up osTicket.The autoresponse e-mail which is sent when a user creates a ticket has the correct FROM address in the header.However when the user clicks reply, the TO address is set to his e-mail and not the default e-mail in my osTicket preferences.Could someone please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong?Many thanks,Neil
