Is there a way to assign ticket from ticket editing section?Example use:New ticket came in, and manager/team leader need to assign ticket to a support staff. At this point ticket is being edited to assign required custom details, due date, etc.At this point it would be nice to be able to assign team member to the ticket, instead of saving detail, and then assigning the ticket.At this point double requirement for "Internal Note" is a just a nuiciance, as ,manager/team leader will put all the required comments while ticket is being edited.
