mail setting failed about SMTP,office365

When doing SMTP setting ,it shows error like blow.How can I solve it?Tanks!

It sounds to me like you need to grant your webserver permission to talk to your mailserver. The important part of the error is: "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."

Thanks it's mailserver issue,they should open firewall for this function.

Mail server administrator add my ticket system's IP address to his sever's trust site on firwall configuration.
