hi! I have done the following: 1. OsTicket version 1.9 installed correctly. 2 - He discharged an email account that works fine even from osTicket and Support Account. So far ALL PERFECT. By activating the account, to receive tickets by mail, drop the NEXT error: >>>>>>>>>>>> "Unable to create selectable TCP socket (7186> = 1024)" CONCLUSION: What I want is that osTicket access mail and open the corresponding ticket but I can not change the email account support ... It occurs in both IMAP and POP3 ... my ISP has no idea of this problem and tells me that is a BUG seamless slope osTicket time since 2010.?? Anyone know if so? and know any alternative?

I have no idea what you are trying to ask.  My osTicket has sent emails since prior to version 1.6 which was released on Feb 9, 2010.  That means my multiple osTicket installations have been sending emails for over 4 years.  If you are having a problem, please out line the problem with your settings and setup information, and include any php errors in your logs.
