hi! I have done the following: 1. OsTicket version 1.9 installed correctly. 2 - He discharged an email account that works fine even from osTicket and Support Account. So far ALL PERFECT. By activating the account, to receive tickets by mail, drop the NEXT error: >>>>>>>>>>>> "Unable to create selectable TCP socket (7186> = 1024)" CONCLUSION: What I want is that osTicket access mail and open the corresponding ticket but I can not change the email account support ... It occurs in both IMAP and POP3 ... my ISP has no idea of this problem and tells me that is a BUG seamless slope osTicket time since 2010.?? Anyone know if so? and know any alternative?
