We just updated to 1.9 and all is working well, with the exception of this:Sort by Ticket shows the "wrong" highest or lowest ticket IDSort by Date works correctlyAll other sorts seem to be OK.Any idea on how to fix this? Can it be "reindexed"?Thanks!
I'm not sure I follow you. When you log in as staff and you look at open tickets and click on the Ticket column you are not seeing tickets in numerical (or reverse numerical) order?
That is correct, we are unable to sort correctly. If we click on the top of the column, it "sorts wrong" like 10,9,8,17,16,15,7,6
Interesting. This works fine for me. Are you using Sequential or Random ticket ids? (Admin panel -> Ticket -> Ticket Ids)

I've seen you post on multiple threads that are a couple of years old. Please start a new thread for your issues if the only open discussion is from a couple of years ago. This will offer a fresh thread with updated information.
With this being said, I am using v1.15.2, Apache, PHP 7.4, and MySQL 8.0 and I cannot replicate this issue. All my ticket numbers are sorted correctly.
