We were using osticket v1.7.3 and upgraded to v1.9.0-3-gae5e138. Everything seems to be working fine except the graph in the dashboard (not important) and the autoresponder (important). All other emails seem to be working fine. We get alerts and notifications about tickets assigned, new messages to existing tickets etc. We are also able to respond to tickets.We have checked the following:The SMTP configuration is workingThe Settings - Autoresponder - New Ticket is checked (and resaved)The Emails - chosen email - New Ticket disabled is not checked (and resaved)The Staff - Departments - chosen department - New Ticket disabled is not checked (and resaved)
The autoresponder was working fine before the upgrade.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
