Dear forum,I have a situation as following:- when a user user@company.com use his MUA Outlook/Thunderbird sending a message to support@company.com and cc manager@company.com + leader@company.com, it automatically create a ticket on system (perfect).- when I use ticket system to reply, all 3 users: user + manager + leader also receive a response with ticket number in subject (perfect too).- but each of these would receive the response under abnormal way. That's said on Outlook of user@company.com, it should be- from = support@company.com- to = user@company.com- not including manager@company.com + leader@company.com in either TO and CCThe similar on manager@company.com and leader@company.com respectively.How can the response message from ticket system will also involve of all guys as initial.Thanks!
