We will use the organization feature to import our customer information in osticket.We have about 1000 company's to import with information like company name, address, dealer number etc. .When we create a ticket and add the user to the ticket, it is not possible to add him directly to his organisation.You must leave the ticket, go to the user and add his organisation to him.It would be great if this will be possible directly during the ticket creation in the user add form.Also a mass organization import would be a nice feature (like the user import).

This is possible by having a list of all the organisations in excel and importing them directly to the database... How... I don't know just yet.
