User Information when creating new ticket

I upgraded my server Monday to v1.9 from v1.8.1 and now when i create a new ticket it does not pop up with the user information so i can create a new user or search for an old user. This function is very important for the work i do as i have added a lot of extra fields for when a new client of mine comes in. Please help this issue is urgent.

Im not searching. Im trying to add a new user/customer when i create a new ticket.

blank Then I have no idea what you mean since when you click on new ticket the user Lookup or create user screen is where you do both of those things...

I guess since i upgraded from 1.8.1. to 1.9 that function is having an issue. Is there a a fix for this? or should i migrate my DB and reload the ticketing system?

Are you not seeing the screen?Are you getting any errors?Are you seeing any errors in your php error log?
