Help!I am not able to submit the installation form (where i enter my helpdesk name, mysql details, etc). I repeatedly get a blank page (chrome error: no data received). I have php-mysql installed, and the installation manages to create all the database tables (with the prefix I entered from the form), but still everytime I go to the osticket homepage I am redirected to the step.I've tried both v1.9 and also the latest 1,8.Thanks!

Please consult your PHP error logs and (and Webserver error logs) and paste any errors that you think might be pertinent here.

Using PHP Version 5.3.22and mysqlClient API version5.0.96

And Ive tried v1.9.0 and vv1.8.3-1-g86c4a0a. I have reported errors on main.inc.php to no avail. Thanks for your help and sorry for all the comments!

There wouldnt be any onscreen errors as osTicket by default suppresses them (if your server isn't already set to, and most production servers are or should be).  You would have to turn error display on.Here are instructions on how to do that.http://tmib.net/osticket-v19x-frequently-asked-questions-faq#2

Then I'm afraid that I cannot help you.  There has to be errors being logged some where, and with out the we cannot diagnose your issue.
