File upload error #6

I'm having a problem with the file attachment both post reply with attachment and uploading a new logo.after attaching the file and start sending or uploading this error appeared "File upload error #6"Please help me to solve this problem.Here's the attached screen shots for reference.Many thanks for considering my request.

I would recommend that you contact your hosting company and give them the PHP error that you are getting:

PHP Warning: Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/e-smith/files/ibays/support/) in Unknown on line 0

And see what they say.
