When a reply goes from the system it's only the reply.Can you have the original message sent as well?or the last comment?or all comments history and original.I have looked in templates but can't find anything to complete the task.Many ThanksKyle Wadman

This has been covered on the forums before, I'd recommend that you try search. You can also try using%{ticket.thread.original} in your template
