[osTicket 1.9 RC] rcron.php doesn't work

Hey,i would to create a crone, that fetch the mails all 5 minutes, and then new mails are in the mailbox then creates automatically tickets in osticket.Now, i have configured the rcron.php and have renamed, now i create a cron, but then i run the cron, follow messages are displayed.>HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found>Date: Wed, 14 May 2014 13 GMT>Server: Apache/2.4.9 (Debian)>Transfer-Encoding: chunked>Content-Type: text/html>>No input file specified.In the mailbox, there are news mails, but osticket or the cron doesn't fetch the mails.

Are you sure that you nee to use rcron? rcron is for when ypu cannot setup crpn (or windows task scheduler) on the webserver.Please provide what you have for:'url'=>'http://yourdomain.com/support/api/tasks/cron',

How i set the cron, that fetch the mails all X minutes?Autocron in the interface doesn't work, only then i login in the panel, osticket fetch the mails.the value is set to 'url'=>'http://support.42irc.net/api/tasks/cron',

You should upgrade to 1.9.0+. rc1 is old.HAve you read the wiki? http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_settings
