Hi,Thanks for a great system!  I've searched the system to enable printing for clients/users similar to the editing of tickets by clients/users functionality without any success.  If I'm missing it please point me in the right direction, otherwise I would like to add it as a suggestion that the clients/users can print the ticket details to pdf just like the print functionality on the staff side.  From a security perspective, I feel you could enable the functionality through the same check box that allows editing "Allow Client Updates:"?
