Is it possible to migrate (Mod) OSTicket Multilanguage v1.7.2 to normal OSTicket 1.8.x or 1.9.x.?

We never released a osTicket Multilanguage version, so I cannot definitively answer that question.  You should be able to, but you will lose any modifications that you have made to your files.  Make sure you back up first.

Thank you for your reply. The version I installed was a mod by Thomas Thane. latest version osticket_1.7.2-stable_ml_V10. (http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//mod-multilanguage-support/p1)

This version works fine but ends now, since the regular osticket version will contain language support. I'm not sure the tables are the same. I will try to upgrade (after backup) on a test version. I'll hope that the data after the upgrade will be retained. I've spent a lot of time in creating departments, groups etc

It's my understanding that Thane went out of his way to make sure that he would be able to upgrade from his modded version so you may be fine.  You may have some tables and things that are no longer used afterwards though.

Ok, thank you very much. It make me more confinent for a good result.
