HiI am using v1.8.1 and have the following scenario:when a new ticket is created with an attachment, and the Captcha code is INCORRECTLY entered, the attachment file (link) disappears.Any suggestions?
So when a client opens a ticket, attaches a file, and fails at the CAPTCHA they have to re-attach the file?
