Hi Everyone, New member here looking for a bit of assistance.First of all, Great software, Really loving it so far.Okay so my first issue is that I have added 2 new priorities, One is Ebay the other amazon. I setup them similar to the other ones except higher values and colours. Ebay works fine, Amazon does not. Not sure why but emails just don't create tickets if they have the word amazon in them. (My filter uses Amazon to set the priority and department)Secondly when I fetch emails it will display 2 tickets if 2 emails are sent at the same time.So, Lets say John and Ann both send an email to the osticket email address, 4 tickets will be created. I don't know why this happens and any help on this would also be great.Also, I am planning on using this with an ebay shop. Any way I can make it read the ebay messages when someone replies to the ticket. Just so I don't have to go into ebay and look at messages just to reply to them.
