Hi,i was having osticket v1.6st for last few years and working great. yesterday i upgraded it to version 1.8.1.2 through incremental upgrade like 1.6st->1.7.0->1.8.1.2. and was suscessfull .I am having ticket size of almost 30,000 nos But when i am searching the ticket with email ids (xxx@yyy.com) its response was fast as expected , but when i am searching only string like "xxx" it is taking around 10-15 min or getting time out. I rechecked with 1.6ST and it would take only 20Sec for string.My setup is Apache2PHP 5.3.16MYSQL 5.1.54Kindly help , due to this i am in dilemna, whether i wanted to go back or use this ....
