Hi,I have been testing osTicket v1.8.1.2 for quite some time now and would like to reset the ticket number so I could deploy the system in a live environment, does anyone know how to do this?
I can think of a couple ways to do it via MySQLTRUNCATE TABLE ost_tickets;orALTER TABLE ost_tickets AUTO_INCREMENT=1;
