Hi,i'm wondering why my os-installation (version 1.8.1.2) can't filter tickets assigned to one person or team.I use osticket during an development process and everthings fine - just the filter makes me crazy.I use release numbers for teams. So i assign a ticket to a release, when the problem is solved with this release.Now i just want to get a list of all ticket from one release (this means of one team).I filter "Advanced" -> "Assigned to" -> and select the release i want.I always get the same number of tickets, see the attaced files. It's always the number of closed tickets. It seems that the filter is not working.Can anyone test this way of filtering? I think it is a bug - or may i have something missconfigured? I just upgraded to the newest stable versionfrom the osticket homepage but the filter still is not working i expected it to work.Thank you for your time reading this and maybe you have any suggestion to solve my problem.Florian
