Hello,We are trying to create a simple filter which auto assigns tickets to members of a one specific department.i.e. John gets 3 tickets autoassigned, then Mike gets 3 autoassigned.We want this tickets to be assigned to each one of them, not to the whole team.What would be the easiest way to do this?
