New Ticket Alert emails error

Hello,The New Ticker Alert e-mails are arriving in an unreadable formate, today is the first time I have used osTicket and I like it sa far, but I am a complete noob.See bellow for the email that i get, (Only a part of it as its big) it seems to be the encrypt coding hasn't bean decrypted, but all the other e-mails I have received have been fine, for example the 'Support Ticket Opened' emails. Same problem here, did you resolve it or anyone know what causes this?

Doesn't appear to be every message sent, maybe related to the end user email system?

Do you by any chance have php5-suhosin enabled? If so, then try this patch and let us know if it fixes the issue (background discussion here). Alternatively, you can try using SMTP for outgoing email.
