My current ticketing system is hated by my customers becuase it doesn't support pasting of screen shots. I was elated when I tested osTicket and this functioned. Almost... it functions in chrome and some versions of I.E. I've had it work on versions of I.E. 9 and 11. My copy of IE 10 doesn't. It works fine using the "insert image" link but "paste" from the clipboard is greyed out. Anyone know why this is?Versioni 1.8.1.2, Windows 7 and I.E. 10.0.9200.16635
