Hello, we have a couple of problems with the email alert for new tickets. 1 - The Staff's view ticket %{ticket.staff_link} tags is not interpreted correctly. On the email template I have this link: <a href="http://www.miosito.it/scp/%%7Bticket.staff_link%7D"> log in </ a> but the link does not work (pretty obvious). 2 - The downloaded email on the mail client is not displayed (such as Thunderbird), while on the webmail appears, but with the wrong link. My setup is: osTicket Version v1.8.1.2 Server Software Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) PHP Version 5.4.4-14 + deb7u8 MySQL Version 5.5.35 PHP Extensions GDlib imap xml XML API xml-dom json mbstring gettext Database Space Used 10.62 MiB Database Space for Attachments 7.70 MiBThank You.
