Multiple Attachments

Dear Community

I am running;

osTicket (v1.8.1.2)

PHP 5.5

First of all I'm New to osTicket and is Ticket rocks!

I have set up osTicket and it runs like a charm. I have set the Attachment settings to allow more than one Attachment and set the size to 5mb. Still it only shows one Attachment, even if a user has Sent two by email.

Is that a known issue? Where does the second Attachment get lost? I have no errors.

Is your PHP configured to allow multiple attachments?There are a slew of settings in your php.ini that also need to be configured to make attachments work correctly. This thread may assist youhttp://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//attachment-upload-limit

dear ntozierThanks for your reply. my php.ini was allready set to: upload_max_filesize = 16M post_max_size = 16MBut this only effects the upload size, right? not the amount of files. Even if the attachments are less than 10kb, only one attachment is passed to OsTicket.Ist there anything else i can do?David

I configure ost for max 5 files upload as attachments, but unfortunetly when i want add second it just change file, not add new :-/ did soneone have same problem?
