Now our osticket is running good, receiving email create ticket and reply all good.And now we try to add ebay message in the systems, it unable to reply ebay customers, its very sad about that.We can filter the message from ebay customer by the email sender from xxxx@members.ebay.com.au.and we can reply the message also test with cc to other person. I believe the email was send to ebay. but ebay does not recognize this email to create ebay internal emails. we tried using outlook to reply its working. So can anybody help to give hits how to solve this problem or should we made some special template for ebay can recognize the message.Thanks a lotAndy
