Hi All,I've spent hours searching the forums but can't seem to find the answer so not sure if this is even possible.I support a number of small businesses and I'd like to create custom autoresponses based on the selected Help Topic. Here is an example...- Client enters their email address and name- Client creates a new ticket and selects "VPN Connection" from the Help Topic drop-down boxI'd like for the system to send this client an autoresponse with an attachment that I've created with specifics around how to create a VPN connection to their office, that includes confidential information specific for that company. So based on the fact that they've selected "VPN Connection" and that their email address is @[deleted], send THE response for that domain only.I realize that this may be pretty custom but I'm hoping that my scenario isn't so unique that someone else has also done this before.Appreciate any help you can provide.Thanks

I'll recommend using ticket filters to send out canned responses on match.
