Hi everyone,I've installed the last version (1.8.1.2) of osTicket and now when I want "Check Ticket Status".I've this message "User - access link sent to your email!" but I want check the ticket directly with the mail and ticket number without the "access link sent to your email!".Could you help me?Regards,Monkoras

There is no way to do this currently using the ui.  There is a post over on github about this, and I beleive that one of the devs gave advice to to revert to the previous way it worked.  We advise against this as it is not secure with the addition of the collaborators feature set, as multiple people will now have the ticket number. There is also a new user login mechanism that will be included with the next version (1.8.2) which is just around the corner and is currently being beta tested. This has been covered many times on the forums before.

I am having a looping issue with this access link. I agree that it is a good policy to send an email to the end user. In my testing, I entered the email and ticket number, and quickly recieved the email containing the link. However, when I follow the link it goes right back to the check ticket status page and again asks for my email and ticket #. It is looping. Any advice? Thank you.

@[deleted] my advice would be to start your own thread, and include the pertinent information about your setup.
