HiFinally we have OS Ticket 1.8 setup and running smoothly. We use the internal notes heavily whilst working on a ticket, however sometimes we need to edit them or delete them as we finish the job to keep it nice and tidy. i have looked everywhere for a setting to enable this, (editing or deleting would be fine)Is there anyway to do this or a mod?Thanks in advance

There is currently no way to edit responses (internal or otherwise) in the ui.  Honestly I don't really want that functionality to exist (others may disagree) but I like knowing that exactly what I wrote is not editable by anyone else.  This could probably be achieved fairly easily via a mod, but I haven't seen one to do it.

aha i see.I understand your point, as a compromise maybe only a certain level of staff could edit the internal notes, maybe a manager or such.we for sure need the functionality here to edit as it is just too confusing when assigning the ticket over to our accounts team for invoicing. ill post in the mods section.
