Well, I'm thinking about different notification methods, or example to trigger an alarm, sms, snmp trap, ring a call, play loud music, or anything crazy like that.Basically just a way to trigger something on new ticket (and ideally that something may be a bash script that you can customize with whatever you need, besides the regular email notification of new ticket)It would also have to have some layers of security ... Other wise this would be an ABSOLUTELY HUGE security vulnerability.
I was thinking more in the line of a system wide (global) configuration, the admin configures the trigger for new tickets (or not), not something that can be choose by the one creating the ticket...
