When I try to select all tickets (on deselect) nothing happens, when closing multiple tickets I get "Unknown or unsupported action - get technical help", my user belongs to a group with has close and deletion enable.Any ideas about how to debug this?
osTicket version?Webbrowser and version?Are you running any browser script blockers, etc?I ask because this works on my installations just fine (1.8.1.2, 1.8.1.2, and 1.8.1).
