HiJust installed and trying to add a user (will authenticate by ldap) with a 0 at the front e.g. 018394654OSticket does not accept that kind of username. Is there any setting to change this as all ldap users have a 0 at the front of their username and usernames all contain numbers.

Last time I checked osTicket did not allow numerical usernames.

That is a shame. I like the layout better but without the ability to use numbers as usernames then I can't use ldap. I have installed lots of php software systems and this is the only one that won't allow numbers to be used.

You might want to make the suggestion over at github.  I bet that it would be rather trivial for them to implement.
