I can´t show the ticket number in the Thank you page

Hello everyone !This is how I have written my thank you page in Manage Pages section:------Thank you for your contact.Your ticket number is %{ticket.number}The priority of your request is: %{ticket.priority}.We will attend your problem as soon as possible, depending of the priority and the amount of work pending.Best regards------But when I open a ticket, it looks like this:------Thank you for your contact.Your ticket number is XXXXXXThe priority of your request is: High.We will attend your problem as soon as possible, depending of the priority and the amount of work pending.Best regards------Please anyone could help me?Thanks !

Hi, that's wrong.It should be %{ticket.ID} because it's an internal ID.The another one is external ID by clicking email access link.Have a nice day!

@[deleted] Your reply is not correct. You NEVER want to show the internal ticket id to people... they cannot use it. It's used internally in osTicket not by users or staff.

@ntozier I used it to show to people, then they can get an email access link by using that number.The ticket number is not working for me.
