I updated osticket from 1.8.0.2 to 1.8.1.2 yesterday. I have verified that pages updated, however the version number in the Admin Settings screen still states it is 1.8.0.2. Is something wrong?
Are you sure that you updated? Because I have never seen that. Did you encounter any issues upgrading / running the upgrader?
I've got a message into our host admin to make sure there is no funny symbolic links going on. I feel like the site updated, and I had no issues pushing the update, but I'll let you know when I get a response from them.
Sorry, our bad. I found out from the admin there are 2 copies on our server. The one with the less-obvious name happens to be the correct one. Please mark this one closed or delete it.
