sorry to bother but I have a very crazy error is driving me nuts.
Here the configuration: OsTicket on Admin/Settings/Emails/Default Ongoing Email: None: Use PHP mail function
Under Alerts & Notices I've enabled ALL the alets for Admin Email
Now the crazy issue:
If in the Admin/Settings/Emails/Admin's Email Address I put MY email address - IT WORKS
If in the Admin/Settings/Emails/Admin's Email Address I put a valid Group email address - IT DOES NOT WORK
I've done a ton of tests and there is no way around it, if is a Group (Google Group valid email) no email is received.
What's worst is that if I go to Admin/Emails/Diagnostic and I write a test email to my Group email it works from all possible email addresses.
Can you help me?
I need to send the emails to a team, not a single person.
