Hi there,i just installed osTicket on my webspace and the Installation works fine!I removed the rights for writing on ost-config.php after installation like the wizard told me.Than i clicked on the link to the Ticket-System Frontend: http://ticket.manuelweitzel.debut i got just a white Screen and nothing else ...Anyone can help me?Thanks in Advance!Regards,Manu

Thank you.That being said, you should consult with your PHP error log as I would bet that there is an error being thrown that its causing the script to terminate. If you provide the error here we should be able to further assist you.
I have same issue. After installation, I tried to go to my URL http://support.agencyfront.com/ I do not see anything it is just blank page. I have checked config file, This file has following. it says it will be created during installation but i see following default value# Encrypt/Decrypt secret key - randomly generated during installation.define('SECRET_SALT','%CONFIG-SIRI');Am i missing anything?
