Clean install of 1.8.1.2While beeing logged in (click on link in Email), I get the error message "User unknown" when clicking on "Check Ticket Status".Everything else works fine...Any ideas? Thanks!Gordon

Sorry, the basic information was missing in my post...No error in logs (log levels: apache debug, php debug)Server InformationosTicket Versionv1.8.1.2Server SoftwareApache/2.4.2 (Win64) PHP/5.4.3PHP Version5.4.3MySQL Version5.5.36

Staff login is at /scpf you have not opened a ticket as that user, they are an unknown user.

ntozier, thanks for your comment! But I think I might have been not clear regarding the situation the error occours... I always act as a customer opening a ticket, never as staff:1) I have opened a ticket (as a customer), recieved a confirmation E-Mail, clicked on the link within the E-Mail, the ticket is shown without any errors (/tickets.php?id=4)2) When i click on "Tickets" in the upper right corner (/tickets.php), all my tickets are shown without any error.3) When I click on the logo (/index.php) to access the front page and then click on "Check Ticket Status" (/view.php) I get an error "User unknown" above the (correctly) listet tickets.Maybe you can reproduce the error now?Within the Admin-Dashboard as a result of reloading the /view.php page first I get a message "Failed login attempt (user)" which turns into " Excessive login attempts (user)".Thanks a lot!Gordon

Thanks for reporting this. I've mocked up a fix on GitHub: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/763
